About the event

Prana is universal life force — our breath, energy, awareness.  Shakti is universal creative energy—our own unique creative power to heal body, mind and spirit.    


There is a saying -“as goes the breath, so goes the mind”.   Practicing  techniques rooted in Kundalini yoga as taught to me through Jai Dev Singh and Krishna Kaur at Life Fore Academy,  I will teach you how to harness, redirect and stabilize your energy through your breath. This will reset your nervous system and create a deep sense of well being.   


In my Prana Shakti yoga class,  you will learn to circulate your energy through pranayama (breathing techniques), kriya (action or movement),  japa (chanting mantras), mudras (hand positions),  and meditation to relax and calm your mind.      


I invite you to join me Friday afternoons from 4:30 to 5:30pm.  All levels are welcome with no previous yoga experience necessary.
