About the event
This is yoga for sincere seekers, for people interested in the body, mind, and soul connection that is at the root of yoga practice and study.
When you move slowly, mindfully, your body becomes stronger as it relies on the muscles and not momentum to move from pose to pose. Slowing down the practice allows the biochemical signature of each posture to imprint on your physical and subtle bodies, affecting change in the skeletal structure, muscles, patterns of the mind, and emotions.
In each class you will be led through a slow, mindful asana and pranayama practice.
